Our group of 13 young men and 3 adults woke up early and met at the airport to take off by 6 am. After checking many bags, going through security, flying for 6 hours, going through customs, and finally arriving in the Dominican Republic. It’s been a tiring, long day, but an incredible day of being together as a group, laughing, seeing the poverty in the area, playing basketball with some local young men. It was a great day! Looking forward to tomorrow!
